Processing times
Orders are generally prepared within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and U.S. holidays. During launches, promotions, or severe weather, processing may take longer. You will receive an email when your order is accepted and another when tracking becomes available.
Delivery estimates
Transit times shown at checkout are estimates, not guarantees. Carrier delays, weather, address errors, and high-volume periods can affect delivery. We currently ship to supported U.S. addresses shown at checkout. We do not ship to destinations that cannot be validated by our carrier.
Shipping charges
Available shipping services and charges are displayed before payment. Qualifying U.S. orders of $45 or more may receive free standard shipping. The merchandise subtotal after discounts is used to determine eligibility.
Address changes and lost packages
Contact us as soon as possible if an address is incorrect. We cannot guarantee changes after fulfillment begins. If tracking shows delivered but the parcel is missing, check the delivery area and contact the carrier first, then email info@huaxiaflavors.com within seven days.
