Eligibility
Unopened, unused, non-perishable products may be considered for return within 14 days of delivery. Because food products cannot be restocked safely once opened, opened packages are generally not returnable unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Damaged or incorrect orders
Email info@huaxiaflavors.com within seven days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the item, packaging, and shipping label. We will review the request and, when approved, offer a replacement, store credit, or refund to the original payment method.
Return authorization
Do not send products to our business address without written authorization. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error was ours. Customers are responsible for approved return postage for preference-based returns.
Refund timing
Approved refunds are submitted to the original payment method. Financial institutions may need 5–10 business days to post the credit.
